Call for Abstract

We invite submissions for paper and poster presentations at RMSCON-2025. This is an excellent opportunity to share your research work with peers and experts in the field of gynecology, fertility management, and menopause care.

• Start of Abstract Submission: June 13, 2025
• Abstract Submission Deadline: July 5, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: July 7, 2025

• Neuro-muscular Health and Gait Stability in Menopausal Women
• Holistic Management for Cardio-metabolic derangements in Peri-menopausal & Post-menopausal women
• Freedom from AUB
• Preparing for Bone Health in Post-menopause.
• Optimizing Genito-urinary & Sexual Health in Post-menopause.
• Vulvar Disorders in Women above 40.

Rules & Guidelines

Content Specifications

1. The title of the abstract should preferably be brief.
2. All abstracts to be in English and entire text should be within 150-200 words.
3. Font type: Roman, Font Size: 12, Title: Size 14, Bold.
4. Avoid the use of tables, graphs, images or references in the abstract.
5. Abstracts cannot be modified after final submission.
6. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
7. Acknowledgement mail will be sent within a week of receiving the abstract.
8. Must include:

• Title
• Authors and affiliations
• Keywords
• Introduction/Objectives
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions

9. Use standard scientific format
10. English language only

Criteria

1. Two categories:
   • Junior: PG student or age less than 40 years
   • Senior: Post PG or age more than 40 years
   • Age proof to be submitted via email along with abstract.
2. Registration is compulsory for submitting abstract.
3. Abstract selection will be the decision of conference committee, and will be informed via email.
4. Decision to present in oral or poster format will be taken by the Conference Committee.
5. Only one entry per registration.

Presenter’s Guidelines

1. The presenting author (listed as the first author) should be registered for the conference.
2. The presenting author should ensure all co-authors are aware of the contents and agree with the submission of the abstract for the conference.

Abstract Guidelines

1. Each author can present one abstract only (oral presentation or poster).
2. Abstracts submitted should preferably be original research work.
3. Abstracts already published or presented at previous conferences should not be submitted.
4. Abstracts may be submitted under the competitive or non-competitive sections.
5. Abstracts may be submitted for oral/poster presentation (committee decision is final).
